Note about old posts
Some posts here at Perishable Press are more than five years old, and may not be current with all the latest informations. I think it’s safe to say that, the older the post, the more careful you should be while reading it.
As you travel back in time, keep this in mind. The site is over 20 years old, with over 1,000 posts going back to like 2004. So while reading some ancient post, just remember that things haven’t always been the way are now. I know that seems obvious but there may be newbies who still think the ways of now have always been. Well gentle reader, that’s just not the case.
Take-home message: Just keep in mind the “published” date for each post. It is displayed just beneath the title for every post on site. And if the post has ever been updated, its “updated” date will be displayed right next to the publish date. Makes it real easy to compare and make your own decisions.
In general, on the Web and in meatspace, things tend to change over time. So use your brain and surf wisely. Not just this little site, but everywhere you happen to visit. And thank you for visiting Perishable Press.
