Migrating All Book Accounts to Perishable Press Books

Just a heads up! I’m in the process of migrating all book accounts to the new bookstore at Perishable Press Books. The goal is to streamline everything — all books and user accounts — under the new books domain. This will make everything much simpler for everyone. Eventually, the other book sites will be taken offline, after everything is migrated to the new bookstore here at Perishable Press.

Who this applies to..

If you have not purchased any of our books, there is nothing you need to do. You can stop reading here. Likewise, if your book was purchased at the new bookstore, you’re already set up with a new account and good to go.

Otherwise, if you have purchased any of the following books:

  • Digging Into WordPress
  • .htaccess made easy
  • The Tao of WordPress
  • WordPress Themes In Depth

..at any of the following sites:

..then the following information applies to you.

What you need to do..

If you want to keep your account (and access to downloads), it needs to be migrated over to the new bookstore. To make that happen, send a quick email with the following information:

  1. The site/URL where you purchased the book(s)
  2. Your registered username or email address

Send those two items via my contact form and I’ll reply asap with your new account login details. You should get the new account email very quickly, but it may take up to 24–48 hours. If you don’t find our email by then, please check your spam folder and mark any messages from us as “not spam” to ensure future communication. Thank you :)
