Perishable Press Featured at CSS Perk!

Yet another fine reason to celebrate the current Quintessential theme design here at Perishable Press is graciously provided by the fine folks at CSS Perk. CSS Perk features a growing collection of awesomely designed websites. It’s always a great source of inspiration and ideas for new design projects.

Update: cssperk.com is no longer with us, the site went offline 2013/06/24. Still cool getting featured though.

Seeing my current theme design showcased at CSS Perk is very inspiring, and a super-cool way to celebrate my upcoming April-9th birthday. So far the public voting gives my site 4.8 stars (out of 5), which is just fantastic. So what are you still waiting for! Go check it out and kick this old hard-working dog a few stars.

Many thanks to the awesome peeps at CSS Perk for sharing Perishable Press with their audience — it is greatly appreciated :)

    Bet you’re glad you stuck with it now. ;D

  2. Congratulations! And Happy Birthday!

    @Ryan Williams: Yes indeed, and I don’t even use that theme anymore — I work exclusively with the new ultra-minimalist Requiem theme. It is waay better, in my humble opinion. In either case, I am stoked that all my hard work on the Quintessential theme continues to pay off! :)

    @Lee: Thank you Sir!! :)

    Congrats Jeff!!

    And I’ll have to pop back over tomorrow to say Happy Birthday! :-)

  5. Hi Jeff!
    Congrats!
    You are a vigile, aware, awake, good-thinking developer and a great man (you know what I mean).
    I’d like to let you know I’m really glad of your success in your job and… have a nice life. Really.
    I’m yet without a stable job, but I’m working on some projects for the Italian stuff of some Well-Known hardware and software magazines.
    Maybe this is not the right place for talking about personal matters, but I think that the Internet is a part of our life and is as real as the life itself (yes, or our job are really unuseful! :) )

    Best wishes, with the whole of my heart.

    @Kim: Thank you! I am also celebrating CSS Naked Day tomorrow, so don’t be surprised when you see my site in its birthday suit! ;)

    @H5N1: Thanks as well! I do know what you mean and have to thank God for blessing me so that I may help others. I appreciate the sentiments and wish you the same as you continue your search for permanent employment. It is good hearing from you H5N1 — stay well my friend.
